B16's second encyclical, Spe Salvi, will be released this Friday, November 30th - the Feast of St. Andrew the Apostle. Originally it was thought that the Holy Father's second official work would be on Catholic social teaching, but that document will be forthcoming at a later time. Spe Salvi will focus on the theme of "Hope." With Documents on Love (Deus Caritas Est) and Hope, the obvious question that remains is whether there will be a future document on the topic of Faith?
Stay tuned!
