Count it all joy!!!
Perspective. Something so valuable, but something we let get away from us so easily. Last night we had a minor catastrophe (is that an oxy-moron) in our house. Yes, it's frustrating, and possibly costly. The Lord showed me some perspective this morning though. My daughter had a fever the past few days which left her yesterday, and my son has been having horrific nose bleeds and we found out it is nothing serious this morning. In the turmoil of the house problem I had not thanked him for these two, much more important things - the health of two of my children. In retrospect, the late night demolition seems rather insignificant. Buildings can be fixed, but my kids are my true treasures. "Count it all joy!" (James 1)
