Does it matter that the US Bishops have one of the most effective programs to help victims of human trafficking? What about the fact that the USCCB Office of Migration and Refugee Services (MRS) is one of the most effective agencies in providing safe shelter to children who may be targeted for human trafficking (we are talking about slavery here)?
