EWTN Suing U.S. Government

I love this move. EWTN, as a Catholic TV station, is directly effected by HHS and would have to provide coverage for contraception and sterilization to all employees.  The flip side is that they have the ability to mobilize a large number of Catholics to write letters and donate money to support their efforts. Additionally, they have the media outlet to counteract any spin that the administration or media may try to put on the lawsuit. It will be interesting to see this one play out.
