Dr. Taylor Marshall has a fantastic idea a while back. He wanted to make higher level Catholic theological studies available to more people, with a reasonable time commitment, and at an affordable price. He started the New Saint Thomas Institute. Each class lasts just a month and takes very little time commitment. This is not an accredited college/university. While they do offer 4 certificates, the purpose it to provide affordable and accessible higher education in Catholic theology rather than a degree. They only accept new enrollment once a year, and that is happening now. Take a look.
